About Us
Interested in learning more about what Christian Science Colorado does?
Christian Science Colorado is a coordinated effort of Christian Science churches and societies around Colorado to make it easy for anyone to learn more not only what Christian Science is but also about resources available online and in communities around the state.
Our activities primarily consist of being a resource to the public with regard to the healing principles of Christian Science, including providing web based information on the internet, providing a community space in the heart of downtown Denver for the public to visit, study and ask questions, and providing spiritual support for those currently in or recently released from correctional institutions around the state.
A spiritual oasis in downtown Denver
Christian Science Colorado operates a Reading Room right in the heart of Denver's popular Lo-Do district and also supports the work of other Christian Science Reading Rooms around the state. Feel free to stop by and spend a little time with the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson, or get a fresh perspective on the news of the day with The Christian Science Monitor. Chat with one of the attendants. Listen to a podcast. Or just pause to enjoy the peace. We would love to see you and answer any questions you have, or introduce you to the resources we have on site.

Open Monday through Friday, 10am–4pm, and on Saturday, noon–3pm
Christian Science Colorado coordinates volunteers around the state dedicated to meeting the spiritual needs of inmates and “returning citizens” when they are released from incarceration. We host Christian Science Bible Study in jails and prisons around the state, provide inmates with Christian Science resources, and support returning citizens. We love to share ideas and inspiration that enables us each to feel our innate spiritual worthiness and moral strength.
